PK Poetry List

The Poetry Kit's own e-mail discussion list which is one of the longest established and one of the best poetry discussion lists on the Internet.

The PK List is a community of poets from around the world who share their poetry for comment.  There is no cost to join but anyone who want to join us must  take part in a fair way,

and be prepared to comment on other peoples poetry.  There are a lot of mails and new members are advised to either set up a unique address for the list mail or use a post-box rule to separate

out the list mail, this is easy to do as all mail from the list is marked (PK) in the subject line.  Please do consider it as it is a valuable resource and helps everyone to get good feedback for their poems..

To join the list go to jiscmail or email info@poetrykit.org for information.  Visit the PK List website.

We’re interested in translations of contemporary poetry from across the entire SE Europe region as well as from the Balkan diaspora and so we’re inviting submissions from translator-poets and translator-poet pairings, as well as proposals for relevant book reviews and articles. There is no deadline as such: the first issue is due to appear in mid-2017, followed by a second in the autumn of 2017. I’ve attached more general information and links. The Matador Review is an online literature and art quarterly based in Chicago, Illinois. We publish poetry, fiction, flash fiction, and creative non-fiction, inviting all unpublished literature written in the English language (and translations that are accompanied by the original text) as well as many forms of visual art.
We are accepting submissions for our Summer 2017 publication through May 31.
We call ourselves an “alternative” magazine; that is to say: our purpose is to promote work that is thought-provoking and unconventional. We want the controversial and the radical, the unhinged and the bizarre; we want the obsessive, the compulsive, the pervasive, the combative, and the seductive. We believe that every work of quality art has a home where it belongs, and for the “alternative”, The Matador Review is a home.
Submission information can be found at:
www.matadorreview.com/submissions
Submissions can be sent to
editors@matadorreview.com

Questions and concerns can be sent to contact@matadorreview.com
