REBIRTH OF SUN

Hands are the key

to open this life with a little flick

and also push everything back to the earth

in a flip of the hands,

we see our hand lines conjuring a new fate

A silent tragedy

beneath bright stars on the darkest night sky

we see our fingers dancing and becoming silhouette

we're counting lives that have returned

from the earthly roots to the cellar of afterlife stars

losing the full year vibrant memories

And so life has become a solo performance

on parallel screens and satellites

stories untouched by the caressing skin

prayers enclosed in envelope without address

But still we draw the lines after moonlight becomes a shade

and the rebirth of sun is gemmed our jaded eyes

with crimson crowns

and reflections of flowing crowds

We will wake up again and embrace the sunlight
