bluebells, we gaze down over the town, past the dome of the Old Chemistry Lab, a miniature St Paul’s, over the burnished rooftops to Old College, that mock Gothic storehouse of youthful memories - to the castle and the glorious war memorial, its womanly form like a ship’s proud figurehead, baring her bosom to the waves.
