Stephen Fowle Sandown on the Isle of
Wight UK
Stephen has been writing sporadically since
2014 and is previously unpublished.During lockdown he has found the
time and space again to pick up the quill. Poem Completed: 19th October 2020 A Different Shade Of Autumn Morning: dark clouds frown over a slate-grey world. A storm rises, snapping branches, sucking leaves into its dismal squall. Mid-Afternoon: sunlight gilds the trees with gold, their shadows silhouetting walls and fences. In hedges, sparrows forage; on lawns, the leaves curl a different shade of Autumn.
